Meet Virginia
Virginia Gavazzi is a composer and songwriter born in Monza, Italy. Coming from a musically rich family that includes the renowned Italian composer Lorenzo Perosi, she was immersed in music from a young age, fueling her passion and shaping her unique voice as a composer.
Virginia studied classical piano under Moscow Conservatorium pianist Oleg Stepanov at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in Brisbane, where she was awarded for Academic Excellence. During this time, she has built a fan-base of over 40,000 followers.
In 2019, she moved to Los Angeles and graduated with Distinction from the UCLA Film Scoring program. Her compositions blend classical influences with contemporary sounds, making her a versatile composer for film and TV.
Currently working as a Composer and Music Coordinator, her work can be heard on major networks and streaming platforms, including CBS, Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Paramount, Discovery, CW, MTV, and National Geographic. Virginia’s ability to craft powerful, narrative-driven scores with a modern edge makes her an ideal collaborator for cinematic projects.
